Maybe one of the first things that you'll notice when you walk into the Counseling Center is a sign that says, "This is our happy place." We believe that everyone should have a place they know they can go to find someone who cares about their happiness. We believe in respecting people and leading with kindness.

You may seek us out for all kinds of support. Maybe you need a schedule printed, or you want to talk about how to get caught up on some online assignments. Maybe you want to celebrate the fact that your team won the kickball game in PE! Maybe you want to talk about how to deal with feeling sad, or solve a relationship problem with another student. We're here for you.

Maybe you just need a quiet place to sit for 5 minutes and breathe.
